A really enjoyable stay.

Staff were perfect. location excellent. A very stylish hotel which it was a pleasure to stay in. The two a la carte restaurants we tried ( Italian and Asian ) were both outstanding. Good quality entertainment.

The buffet was the weakest part of the whole experience. Just small things but it added up to making it slightly inferior to the one we enjoyed in a cheaper hotel that we had stayed in the week before.

10/10, totally recommend and would definitely come back.

We stayed at both Alexander the Great and Olympic Lagoons as a family with two small children. This is definitely the best option with little ones. Facilities, staff and food are all catered to suit them. I’ve never seen so many kids in a hotel and felt completely welcome.

The only thing that could be improved imo is the lack of heating in the pool, but I guess that’s just habit coming from a place where most pools have controlled temperature.

Relaxed, great food and plenty of sun

Food plentiful and excellent quality. staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. liked the allocation of sunbed for the entire stay

Snack area was limited and very slow, only one person serving, even at busy times. Bars had similar problems, could be quite slow at times. had a sea facing room, very noisy during the entertainment.

Everything. The property was really clean. Loved that you got allocated sunbeds (no getting up early to get one). The service was excellent. Best hotel we’ve stayed at.

Great all inclusive hotel, never feels too crouded, amazing staff

Breakfast was good, lots of options, very large buffet. The dinning room is never too crouded and no waiting lines. Dinner was also great, very night a different theme which is great. There are also 3 or 4 resatuarants that you need reservations to, we ate a the italian one which was good, and the asian one was execptional, we really enjoyed it. There are 3 very large pools, with pool bars with lots of options to choose from, one of the pools is adult only if you need a little quiet time. The staff was amazing, and help with anything we needed, and the extra bonus is we got upgraded to a suit with private pool for our aninvversary which was an amazing surprise. Our whole experience was just great, we didnt feel the need to leave the hotel. There is also a nice little beach to enjoy the sea, and water sports (not part of the hotel) The kids and teen clubs were also top notch. although the hotel was full, it has amazing croud control, as we never felt too crouded.

Everything was great. only thing i would ask is more none pork pasta options at the Italian restaurant, but thats really it.

Wonderful

The food was exellent and the restaurant staff was exremely friendly. The room was nicely prepared and the bed was comfortable. The external area was clean and we have been served immediately. We had the best capucciono ever. We really enjoyed the Spa and the reception lady there was a star. All the charm has been killed by not helpful receptionist at the front desk Vladimiros.

We have ordered a side see view room but have received a parking view room. We asked the receptionist to change it according to our reservation. We have been showed another room which was an inland view agian and have been pressed to accept it. We didn't agree on this as it was a lower category room than we have paid for. Finally we have got offered a side see view room but our check in was one and half hour delayed. Instead of enjoying our holiday straight upon arrival we have been dealing with unfriendly receptionist, Vladimiros who was not willing to allocate us according to our reservaion.

The hotel ....Perfect in everyway run very very well. The Team obviously prime themselve's on us the customer's care and enjoyment which is amazing! Quality Hotel ! The staff makes up for the few deficiencies of the place.

Food: Some dishes are quite sophisticated. Given my dietary restrictions I was not expecting much, but I received an attention worth mentioning. Michalis was very patient and accommodating. Staff is kind and friendly and went beyond the call of duty when asking for special requests. The tennis court is a great bonus. Very well maintained.

The room had no A/C. I know it's winter, but if it's hot, it's hot. We had to leave the room during the day. On the other hand, the outdoor swimming pool was cool enough to keep people away from it, hence the indoor pool was crowded.

Excellent stay

Very professional and friendly staff. Fantastic facilities. Food in the main restaurant and dinner of a high standard. Alcoholic drinks and soft drinks of high standard. Very clean resort. A welcome bottle of sparkling wine and a card for our anniversary was a lovely touch.

Signage for adults rooms is very poor. On exiting the lift no signs at all to say which way to the rooms.
